Insulin Degludec, Liraglutide falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Jackfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, jackfruit might increase the risk of hypoglycemia when taken with antidiabetes drugs.
Small clinical studies show that jackfruit flour and leaf extract can reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose. Monitor blood glucose levels closely. Dose adjustments might be necessary.

Xultophy combines two blood sugar lowering medicines: insulin degludec (a long-acting insulin) and liraglutide (a GLP-1 drug). Both already work hard to bring your glucose down. The thought here is that concentrated jackfruit products, like leaf extract or jackfruit flour, may have their own mild blood sugar lowering effect. Stacked on top of Xultophy, that could nudge your numbers a little too low.

This concern is theoretical, based mostly on small studies and how these things behave, so don't panic. Enjoying jackfruit as a normal food is generally fine. If you start using concentrated supplements, watch for signs of low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, dizziness, confusion), check your readings more often, and loop in your pharmacist or doctor before making any changes.
