Leuprolide Acetate, Norethindrone Acetate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Jequirity interacts with.

In vitro research shows that jequirity extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Theoretically, taking jequirity may inhibit the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.

First things first: jequirity isn't something you should be taking at all. Its seeds contain abrin, a poison closely related to ricin, and there's no safe or proven medical use for it. So my real advice here is to steer clear of jequirity entirely.

As for the interaction itself, it's very theoretical. Lab studies suggest jequirity may block an enzyme called CYP3A4, which helps clear the norethindrone part of your Lupaneta Pack. In a test tube, slowing that enzyme could let the hormone build up a bit, which might mean more estrogen-like or progestin side effects (think breakthrough bleeding, breast tenderness, mood changes, or nausea). But this is only seen in lab dishes, not people, so the actual risk is low. Still, please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything new.
