Naltrexone Hydrochloride, Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group N,n-dmpea interacts with.

In vitro research shows that N,N-DMPEA strongly inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). Theoretically, concomitant use with drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 might increase the risk for adverse effects from these drugs.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

Troxyca ER pairs oxycodone with a small amount of naltrexone that stays inactive unless the capsule is crushed or chewed. The oxycodone part is processed by a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Lab studies suggest N,N-DMPEA can block that enzyme. If it does, your body may clear oxycodone more slowly, letting more build up than expected. That could mean stronger opioid effects like heavy drowsiness, slowed breathing, confusion, constipation, or nausea.

I want to be honest with you: this is based only on test-tube data, not real people, and N,N-DMPEA itself is poorly studied. Still, with an opioid, even a possible change is worth respecting. Please run this combination by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
