Here's the concern with this pair. Methysergide is an ergot medicine used to prevent severe migraines and cluster headaches, and one of its known effects is tightening blood vessels. Sida cordifolia naturally contains ephedrine, a stimulant that also narrows blood vessels and pushes blood pressure up. Put the two together and those effects can stack, so your blood pressure may climb higher than expected.

What could that feel like? Pounding headache, a racing or hard heartbeat, cold or tingling fingers and toes, and in serious cases poor circulation to the arms or legs. This is mostly a theoretical, additive concern, but it makes sense pharmacologically. Please don't combine them without checking with your pharmacist or doctor first.
