Aripiprazole falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Sida Cordifolia interacts with.

Theoretically, Sida cordifolia might increase the risk of additive QT interval prolongation when taken with QT interval-prolonging drugs.
Sida cordifolia contains ephedrine. Clinical research shows that ephedrine from another herb, ephedra, can prolong the QT interval.

Here's the concern with pairing Sida cordifolia and aripiprazole (Abilify). Sida cordifolia naturally contains ephedrine, a stimulant that can speed up your heart and raise blood pressure. Aripiprazole, like many antipsychotics, can slightly affect your heart's electrical rhythm (something called QT prolongation). Stacking the two together may add up and increase the small risk of an irregular, potentially dangerous heartbeat.

To be fair, this is largely theoretical and based on limited research with a related ephedra herb, so it's not a guaranteed problem. Still, because heart rhythm changes can be serious, I'd play it safe. Given the stimulant effects and weak evidence that Sida cordifolia even helps, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
