Here's the concern with pairing Sida cordifolia with Artemether. This supplement contains ephedrine, a natural stimulant that can stretch out the heart's electrical recovery time (what doctors call the QT interval). Artemether, the antimalarial you asked about, can do the same thing on its own. Stack the two together and you may add to that effect.

When the QT interval gets too long, it can occasionally trigger a dangerous, irregular heartbeat, with symptoms like a racing or pounding heart, dizziness, or fainting. This is mostly theoretical for the supplement side, but because the heart risk is serious, I'd play it safe. Please don't start or stop anything on your own, just check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining these two.
