Celecoxib, Tramadol falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Tianeptine interacts with.

Tianeptine has sedative effects; high doses may have additive effects with other CNS depressants.
Higher doses of tianeptine have opioid like effects and may have additive effects with other sedative drugs. In one case report, a 42-year-old male presented with respiratory depression and aspiration pneumonia due to concomitant use of high-dose tianeptine and alprazolam.

Seglentis is a combo pill that pairs celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory) with tramadol, which is itself a mild opioid pain reliever. Here's the concern: when tianeptine is taken at high doses, it starts acting like an opioid and can cause sedation and slowed breathing. Stack that on top of tramadol, which already does the same thing, and the calming effects can pile up.

In plain terms, combining the two could leave you unusually drowsy, dizzy, or short of breath, and in a worst-case situation breathing can slow dangerously. This is a theoretical warning based on how these drugs work, not strong proof, but a real case did involve tianeptine plus another sedative. Please don't start, stop, or mix these without talking to your doctor or pharmacist first.
