Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Tianeptine interacts with.

Tianeptine has sedative effects; high doses may have additive effects with other CNS depressants.
Higher doses of tianeptine have opioid like effects and may have additive effects with other sedative drugs. In one case report, a 42-year-old male presented with respiratory depression and aspiration pneumonia due to concomitant use of high-dose tianeptine and alprazolam.

Here's the concern with putting these two together. Oxycodone is a strong opioid pain reliever, and at higher doses tianeptine starts acting like an opioid too. When you stack two things that both slow the brain and breathing, the effects pile on top of each other. That means more sedation, more drowsiness, slowed or shallow breathing, and a real risk of dangerous respiratory depression. There was even a case where someone combined high-dose tianeptine with another sedative and ended up with breathing failure and pneumonia.

This is a theoretical, pharmacology-based caution rather than a heavily studied one, but with opioids the stakes are too high to shrug off. Please don't change anything on your own. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining these, especially since over-the-counter tianeptine carries serious risks of its own.
