Abciximab falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Umckaloabo interacts with.

Theoretically, Pelargonium sidoides might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
Pelargonium sidoides contains coumarin, which may reduce platelet aggregation. However, in animal models, Pelargonium sidoides extract does not appear to inhibit coagulation or interact with warfarin. This interaction has not been documented in humans.

Here's the situation with Abciximab (ReoPro). This is a powerful clot-blocking medicine given through an IV, almost always in a hospital during procedures like a cardiac stent placement. Because you're being watched closely by a medical team while it's running, an oral supplement like Umckaloabo isn't really something you'd be combining at home.

The theory here is simple: Umckaloabo contains coumarin-type compounds that might make platelets a little less sticky, which could in theory add to Abciximab's blood-thinning effect and raise bleeding risk (think bruising, bleeding gums, or trouble stopping bleeding). But honestly, this is just lab-and-animal speculation, not something seen in people, and the risk is rated minor. Still, always tell your hospital team about any supplements you take.
