- What is Anatolian bee propolis? Propolis is a natural bee product that honeybees collect from the leaves, buds and stems of the plants. Honeybees use propolis to protect their hives from fungus, bacteria and viruses. It acts as a natural protective barrier. We source our propolis from pristine Anatolian mountains which is home to 12,000 different plant species and one of the most biodiverse regions in the world.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Suggested use: Consume 20 drops daily preferably between meals. The dose can be increased up to 80 drops a day when necessary. It can be consumes directly or mixed with other food such as honey and yogurt. Not soluble in drinks.
