Do not take if you are constipated, pregnant or breastfeeding.

Consult a health care practitioner if: You are taking antidepressant or blood pressure medications, cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin; or any kind of prescription medication; or if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, a kidney disorder, or suffer from seizures or prostate cancer.
- Known adverse reactions:
Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, diarrhea, fever, gastrointestinal upset, hypertension, irritability, restlessness, tremors, or headaches, in which case discontinue use. May cause vivid dreams.
