This combo product contains phenylephrine, a decongestant that works a lot like a mild stimulant. Adrafinil turns into modafinil in your body, which also revs things up. So the concern here is simply adding two stimulant-type effects on top of each other. You might notice a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, or trouble sleeping (which is ironic when you're already taking something to stay awake).

Keep in mind this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs work, not something proven in studies, so it's a possible interaction rather than a guaranteed one. The brompheniramine part is more of a drowsy antihistamine and doesn't add to the stimulation. Still, I'd run this pairing by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you have any heart or blood pressure issues.
