Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Galantamine
Galantamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Adrafinil interacts with.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to weakly induce CYP3A4 activity.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thinking on this pair. Once your liver turns adrafinil into modafinil, that modafinil can act as a mild 'speed-up' signal for an enzyme called CYP3A4. Galantamine happens to be partly cleared by that same enzyme, so in theory a faster CYP3A4 could move galantamine out of your system a bit quicker. If that happened, you might get a little less benefit from it, meaning slightly weaker support for memory and daily thinking.
I want to be honest about how shaky this is. It's theoretical, based on how the drugs behave on paper, not from real patient reports, and modafinil is only a weak inducer. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Galantamine page
“Galantamine (Razadyne) treats Alzheimer's disease, so it is often a caregiver filling the pill organizer alongside memory supplements and morning juice. That pairing deserves genuine care, because three of the 170 supplement ingredients on file are rated major and two of them are everyday items.”

About Galantamine
What Is Galantamine Used For?
Brand names: Reminyl, Razadyne
Galantamine — available as extended-release capsules, tablets, and an oral solution — is used to treat mild to moderate dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease. All supported formulations share this indication.
It does not cure or slow the underlying disease, but it can help support cognitive function in people with early to moderate-stage Alzheimer's. Its benefits may lessen as the disease progresses and more brain cells are lost.
