Pargyline falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafinil might reduce the effects of antihypertensive drugs.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to increase diastolic and systolic blood pressure. Retrospective analyses show that patients taking modafinil had a small but increased rate of requiring new antihypertensive drugs or increased use of antihypertensive drugs when compared with placebo.

Pargyline (Eutonyl) is an older medicine that lowers blood pressure. Here's the concern: once your liver turns adrafinil into modafinil, that modafinil can nudge blood pressure upward. So it may work against what pargyline is trying to do, and your readings could creep higher than you'd like.

This one is theoretical, based on how these compounds behave rather than direct studies, so it's not a sure thing. Still, pargyline is a strong, less-forgiving blood pressure drug, and it carries its own risks (it can cause sudden swings in pressure). I wouldn't pair these without guidance. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them, and keep an eye on your blood pressure if they say it's okay.
