Ulipristal Acetate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafanil might reduce levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to weakly induce CYP3A4 activity.

Here's the gist for Ella (ulipristal). Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to handle this medication, and adrafinil (which your liver turns into modafinil) can gently speed that enzyme up. The worry is that a faster enzyme could clear ulipristal out of your system a little quicker, which might mean it doesn't work as well at doing its one important job: preventing pregnancy after unprotected sex.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs behave, not something proven in studies. Still, since ulipristal is a one-shot emergency contraceptive where you really want full effect, this is worth a quick call to your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
