Let's talk about Aleve PM, which is a combo of naproxen (an anti-inflammatory pain reliever) and diphenhydramine (the sleep aid, like Benadryl). The piece that matters here is the naproxen. Like other NSAIDs, naproxen can irritate the stomach lining and make it harder for your platelets to clump and form clots, so it nudges up your bleeding risk on its own.

Now add Andrographis. Lab and animal studies hint that it may also have a mild blood-thinning, antiplatelet effect. Stacked together, the worry is a bit more bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset. Honestly, this is theoretical and based only on early studies, so it's not a reason to panic. Still, if you take them together often, mention it to your pharmacist, and watch for unusual bruising or any dark or bloody stools.
