Here's the idea behind this one. Sirolimus (Fyarro) works by calming or blocking certain cancer-cell signals, and as part of how it acts, it also dials down parts of the immune system. Andrographis appears to do the opposite in some lab studies, gently revving the immune system up. In theory, those two could work against each other, which might make sirolimus a little less effective at doing its job.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It comes from test tube and animal research, not from people taking these together, so this is more of a caution than a proven problem. Since sirolimus is a serious cancer treatment, please don't add Andrographis on your own. Run it by your oncology team or pharmacist first so they can weigh it for your situation.
