Methamphetamine falls under Serotonergic Drugs — the group Ashwagandha interacts with.

Some animal studies have reported that ashwagandha can enhance serotonergic transmission by altering certain serotonin (5-HT) receptors. However, there is no evidence to suggest that ashwagandha increases the risk of serotonin-related effects, and there have been no published case reports of serotonin syndrome when combined with other serotonergic drugs. Nevertheless, due to the lack of extensive studies on the matter and the fact that ashwagandha appears to affect serotonergic pathways, it would be prudent to exercise caution when combining it with drugs that affect serotonin. Here's the gist for Desoxyn (methamphetamine) and ashwagandha. Methamphetamine bumps up brain chemicals including serotonin, and some animal research hints that ashwagandha may gently nudge serotonin pathways too. In theory, stacking the two could add up and, very rarely, push toward too much serotonin activity. The honest reality is that this is weak, lab-and-animal-level evidence. There are no real-world case reports of problems from this combination, and the interaction is rated minor.

If you ever did notice things like a racing heart, agitation, sweating, shakiness, or feeling overheated and restless, that's worth a call to your doctor. I wouldn't lose sleep over this pairing, but since methamphetamine is a controlled stimulant, please run ashwagandha past your pharmacist or prescriber before adding it.
