Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Bacopa interacts with.
Research on the effects of bacopa extracts on CYP1A2 enzymes is conflicting. Some in vitro evidence shows that bacopa extract can moderately and non-competitively inhibit CYP1A2, while other in vitro evidence suggests that any effect is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combo product (the Coricidin HBP Flu type with acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and dextromethorphan) is a cough, fever, and allergy reliever. The theory here is that bacopa might gently slow down a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, which could let some medicines linger a bit longer in your body. If that happened, you might notice the chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan effects more, things like extra drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, or feeling foggy.
Honestly though, this is a theoretical concern based only on lab studies, and the data even conflicts on whether bacopa affects CYP1A2 at all in real life. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Just take it easy with activities like driving until you know how you feel, and check with your pharmacist if you have questions.

Research on the effects of bacopa extracts on CYP3A4 enzymes is conflicting. Some in vitro evidence suggests that bacopa extract can moderately and competitively inhibit CYP3A4, while other in vitro evidence suggests that any effect is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combo cold product (Coricidin HBP) contains three active ingredients, and the one most relevant here is dextromethorphan, the cough suppressant, which is partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In test-tube studies, bacopa might slow that enzyme down a little. If it did, dextromethorphan could build up slightly, which in theory means more drowsiness, dizziness, or a foggy, lightheaded feeling.
The good news is that this is mostly theoretical. It comes from lab studies that actually disagree with each other, so we don't have real-world cases showing trouble. For most people taking these together short-term for a cold, it's unlikely to cause a problem. Still, if you feel unusually sleepy or off, check in with your pharmacist or doctor.

ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS
3 of 3Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide also falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS.
Bacopa seems to inhibit acetylcholinesterase and might increase acetylcholine levels, which could counteract the effects of anticholinergic drugs. Similarly, anticholinergic drugs might counteract the cholinergic effects of bacopa.

This Coricidin product contains three ingredients, but the one that matters here is chlorpheniramine, an older antihistamine that works by blocking acetylcholine, a chemical messenger in the body. Bacopa seems to do the opposite in lab studies, nudging acetylcholine levels up. So in theory, the two could partly cancel each other out. Bacopa might slightly blunt chlorpheniramine's effects, and the antihistamine might dampen any brain benefit you're hoping to get from bacopa.
Keep in mind this is a theoretical concern based on how these work, not from real-world studies, so it's likely minor for most people. The acetaminophen and dextromethorphan pieces aren't involved. Still, if you take bacopa regularly, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist before combining them.

Bacopa is an Ayurvedic herb most often used for memory and thinking.
