Aspirin, Carisoprodol, Codeine Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) SUBSTRATES — the group Bacopa interacts with.

Theoretically, bacopa might increase the levels and adverse effects of CYP2C19 substrates.
In vitro evidence suggests that bacopa extract can moderately and non-competitively inhibit CYP2C19 enzymes. It is not known whether this is clinically significant.

This combination pill packs three things: aspirin, the muscle relaxer carisoprodol, and codeine. The piece that touches bacopa here is carisoprodol, which your liver partly converts using an enzyme called CYP2C19. In lab studies, bacopa seems to mildly slow that enzyme. If that held true in people, carisoprodol could build up a bit and lead to more drowsiness, dizziness, or grogginess, which already stack up with the codeine in this product.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it comes only from test-tube research, so we don't know if it actually matters in real life. Still, since this medicine already makes many folks sleepy, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing it with bacopa.
