Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Breadfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs might increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro research shows that certain flavonoid constituents from breadfruit root extract can inhibit thromboxane formation and reduce platelet aggregation.
Some of these drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the thing to keep in mind: this product, sold as Ascriptin, contains aspirin, which already thins your blood by blocking platelets from clumping together. Lab studies suggest some compounds in breadfruit may do something similar, gently reducing platelet stickiness. Stacked together, they could in theory add up and nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

What might that look like in real life? More easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop. I want to be honest, though, this is a theoretical concern based only on test-tube work, not real patients, and eating breadfruit as food is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated leaf teas or extracts are the bigger question mark. Before combining them, just check with your pharmacist or doctor.

Aspirin temporarily relieves minor aches and pains from headaches, backaches, muscle aches, toothaches, menstrual cramps, colds, and minor arthritis pain. It also temporarily reduces fever.

One tablet product (Wispirin) is specifically labeled to help adults who have already had a heart attack or stroke prevent another one — but only under a doctor's supervision. Several coated products note that because of their delayed release, they will not provide fast relief for headaches or other symptoms that need quick relief.
