Hydrochlorothiazide, Moexipril falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyllin interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyllin with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyllin is a semi-synthetic derivative of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. Orally, chlorophyll has also been associated with the development of pseudoporphyria in multiple case reports.

Here's the simple version. Uniretic combines hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill) with moexipril (a blood pressure medicine). The hydrochlorothiazide part is already known to make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, so you can sunburn faster than usual. Chlorophyllin may add a little to that effect, since chlorophyll has been linked to extra sun sensitivity in some reports.

This isn't about the drug building up or losing strength. It's mostly a skin-and-sun concern. If you take both, just be smart about sun: wear sunscreen, a hat, and protective clothing, and watch for easy burning or unusual rashes. The evidence here is more theoretical than proven, so don't panic. Still, check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting chlorophyllin.
