Here's the thing to keep in mind with this combo. Your Soma Compound with Codeine contains aspirin, and the interaction on file actually runs in the other direction from what people usually worry about. It's not that the aspirin changes your chromium dose. Instead, animal studies hint that the aspirin may help your body absorb a bit more chromium, nudging chromium blood levels up slightly.
