Belladonna, Phenobarbital falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

Here's the key thing to understand: your Bellophen or Susano already contains belladonna, which is itself a source of those same anticholinergic alkaloids (atropine, hyoscyamine, scopolamine). Datura wrightii contains the very same kind of compounds. So combining them is basically stacking one anticholinergic on top of another, and the effects can pile up fast.

When that happens, you could see dry mouth, blurred vision, a racing heart, constipation, trouble urinating, confusion, or even hallucinations. The phenobarbital part adds sedation, so on top of all that you may feel extra drowsy or foggy. This concern is based on how these drugs work rather than hard studies, but it's a sensible worry. Honestly, Datura wrightii isn't safe to take at all, so please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before going anywhere near it.
