Ezetimibe, Atorvastatin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP3A4, although this has not been reported in humans.

Your Liptruzet combines two cholesterol medicines, and the atorvastatin part is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab studies hint that devil's claw might slow that enzyme down. If that happened in real life, more atorvastatin could linger in your body, which can raise the odds of muscle aches, weakness, or rarely liver irritation. The ezetimibe piece isn't really affected this way.

Here's the reassuring part: this is only based on test-tube research, and it has not been shown to happen in people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since muscle side effects are the main thing to watch with any statin, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding devil's claw, especially with concentrated supplement doses.
