Here's the short version: your medicine contains phenobarbital, which is a barbiturate that already slows the brain down. It's paired with hyoscyamine to ease stomach cramps. The concern here is that jackfruit seeds have shown a sedative effect in animal studies, so in theory they could add to phenobarbital's drowsiness if you took concentrated seed products.

If that happened, you might feel extra sleepy, foggy, dizzy, or slowed down. That said, this is based only on animal data, so it's a soft, theoretical worry. Eating jackfruit as a normal fruit is very unlikely to cause a problem. The bigger caution is with concentrated seed supplements. Before using those, please check with your pharmacist or doctor, since phenobarbital is a potent drug.
