In vitro research shows that jequirity extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Theoretically, taking jequirity may inhibit the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.

Let me be upfront about the big picture first: jequirity seeds aren't really a supplement, they're genuinely poisonous. The seeds contain abrin, a toxin in the same family as ricin, and there's no safe or proven reason to take them. So my real advice is simply not to use jequirity at all.

On the specific interaction with Beyaz (drospirenone, ethinyl estradiol, and levomefolate): the estrogen and progestin parts are cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab research suggests jequirity might slow that enzyme down, which could let hormone levels drift a little higher. In theory that might mean more side effects like nausea, breast tenderness, or spotting. But this is only test-tube data, rated minor and unlikely. The far bigger concern remains jequirity's toxicity. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything.
