Here's the thing to know about pairing masterwort with triflupromazine (Vesprin). This isn't about how your body breaks the drug down. Instead, it's about your skin and the sun. Triflupromazine is a phenothiazine antipsychotic, and these medicines are well known for making your skin more sensitive to sunlight, sometimes causing exaggerated sunburns or rashes after even short time outdoors.

Masterwort contains furanocoumarins, the same plant compounds that also boost sun sensitivity. Stack the two together and you may simply be more prone to burning. This concern is theoretical, based on how each behaves rather than firm studies, so I don't want to scare you. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor, and practice good sun protection either way.
