Here's the thing about pairing masterwort with clomipramine: both can make your skin react more strongly to sunlight. Masterwort contains natural compounds called furanocoumarins that boost sun sensitivity, and clomipramine itself can do the same. Put them together and the effect may stack, so you could sunburn faster or develop a rash with less sun exposure than usual.

This isn't about the drug building up in your body or working differently. It's a skin and sunlight concern, and honestly it's based on how these compounds behave rather than strong human studies. Still, it's worth taking seriously. If you use masterwort, be smart about sunscreen, hats, and shade, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.
