Amobarbital, Secobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Milk Thistle interacts with.

Theoretically, milk thistle might inhibit CYP2B6.
An in vitro study shows that silybin, a constituent of milk thistle, binds to and noncompetitively inhibits CYP2B6. Additionally, silybin might downregulate the expression of CYP2B6 by decreasing mRNA and protein levels.

Tuinal contains two barbiturates, amobarbital and secobarbital, that calm the brain and were historically used for sleep and sedation. Your body partly clears these through a liver enzyme called CYP2B6. The concern here is that milk thistle (specifically its silybin component) might slow that enzyme down. If clearance slows, more of the drug could linger, which in theory means stronger or longer sedation, more grogginess, dizziness, slowed breathing, or feeling hungover the next day.

That said, this is a very soft signal. It comes only from lab (test tube) studies, not from people, so we honestly don't know if it matters in real life. Barbiturates are potent and unforgiving, so play it safe and check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
