Methoxyamphetamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Tree Turmeric interacts with.

Theoretically, tree turmeric might increase the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
In vitro research and preliminary clinical evidence suggest that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, can inhibit CYP2D6.

Here's the gist: your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP2D6 to break down PMA (methoxyamphetamine). The berberine in tree turmeric appears to slow that enzyme down. So in theory, taking them together could let PMA build up higher than expected and stick around longer, which may mean stronger and longer-lasting effects.

That matters because PMA is a dangerous, unpredictable stimulant. Even on its own it can cause a racing heart, dangerously high body temperature, high blood pressure, agitation, and serious toxicity. Anything that raises its levels could make those effects worse. I'd strongly urge you to talk with a doctor or pharmacist before mixing these, and please be honest with them so they can keep you safe.
