Here's the thinking behind this pairing. Riabni (rituximab-arrx) is a biologic that quiets down part of your immune system by targeting certain B-cells. It's often used for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, certain lymphomas, or autoimmune diseases. Umckaloabo, on the other hand, seems to do the opposite in lab dishes: it appears to rev up immune activity. So in theory, taking it could nudge your immune system in a direction that works against what your medication is trying to accomplish.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. This is a theoretical concern from test-tube studies, not real-world reports of people's treatment failing. Still, because Riabni manages serious conditions, it's worth a quick chat with your doctor or pharmacist before adding this supplement, rather than risking flare-ups or reduced disease control.
