Here's the idea behind this pairing. Rituximab-Pvvr (Ruxience) is an antibody medicine that quiets down part of your immune system by clearing out certain B-cells. It's often used for conditions like lymphoma, rheumatoid arthritis, or certain autoimmune diseases. Umckaloabo, on the other hand, may gently stimulate the immune system, at least based on lab dish studies. So in theory, nudging your immune system one way while your medicine is trying to calm it down could work against each other and make the treatment less effective.

I want to be honest: this is a theoretical concern based on how the plant behaves in the lab, not real cases in people. Still, since rituximab is serious therapy, please check with your oncologist, rheumatologist, or pharmacist before adding it.
