- Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 10-12 ounces of water. Consume and wait approximately 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. After 30 minutes, consume an additional scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water if deemed necessary. Do not exceed 4 scoops of Elimidrol Daytime in 24 hours.
