Corzide pairs two blood pressure lowering medicines: nadolol (a beta blocker) and bendroflumethiazide (a water pill). On its own, this combo already brings your blood pressure down. The thought here is that andrographis may have a mild blood pressure lowering effect of its own, so stacking it on top could, in theory, push your numbers a little lower than expected.

If that happened, you might notice dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand up, unusual tiredness, or a faint feeling. That said, this concern comes only from animal studies, so it is theoretical and not well proven in people. It is worth mentioning to your pharmacist or doctor, especially if you already run on the low side. Don't change anything on your own.
