Salutensin combines two blood pressure lowering medicines: hydroflumethiazide (a water pill) and reserpine. Andrographis, the cold remedy herb, may have a mild blood pressure lowering effect of its own. So the concern here is simple addition. If you take them together, your pressure could dip a little lower than expected, which might leave you feeling lightheaded, dizzy, or faint, especially when you stand up quickly. Reserpine can already cause that kind of drop, so this is worth keeping an eye on.

Honestly, this caution comes from animal research only, not human studies, so it's a theoretical worry rather than something firmly proven. Still, I'd mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before starting andrographis, and don't change your blood pressure medicine on your own.
