Here's the simple version. Advil Dual Action combines two pain relievers: ibuprofen and acetaminophen. The ibuprofen part already has a mild blood-thinning, antiplatelet effect of its own, which is why it can cause stomach upset or, less often, bleeding. Andrographis may also nudge your platelets to be a little less sticky, based on lab and animal studies. Stack the two together and you could, in theory, raise the chance of easy bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach bleeding.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it's mostly theoretical, from test-tube and animal work, not from solid human studies. For most people taking occasional doses it's likely a small concern. Still, if you take blood thinners, have stomach ulcers, or notice unusual bruising, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
