Here's the idea behind this one. Zeposia (ozanimod) works by calming down part of your immune system to help with MS relapses or ulcerative colitis. Andrographis, on the other hand, has been shown in lab and animal studies to do the opposite and gently rev up immune activity. In theory, that push could work against what your medication is trying to accomplish.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. This concern comes only from test-tube and animal research, not from people taking both together, so it's more of a 'just in case' caution than a proven problem. Still, since you're relying on Zeposia to keep symptoms in check, I'd run andrographis by your doctor or pharmacist before adding it, rather than starting it on your own.
