Letrozole, Ribociclib Succinate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP3A4, although this has not been reported in humans.

This combo pill pairs letrozole and ribociclib to treat certain breast cancers, and both are cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab studies hint that devil's claw might slow that enzyme down. If that happened in the body, these drugs could build up a bit, which in theory might mean more side effects like nausea, tiredness, low blood counts, or, with ribociclib especially, changes in your heart's rhythm (QT prolongation).

Here's the reassuring part: this is theoretical, based only on test-tube research, and has never been shown to happen in real people. Still, because ribociclib already needs careful monitoring, I'd run any devil's claw use past your oncology team before starting it. Don't change your cancer medicine on your own.
