Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9.

Here's the gist with Byvalson, which combines nebivolol (a beta blocker) and valsartan (a blood pressure medicine). Lab studies hint that devil's claw might slow down a liver enzyme called CYP2C9, which helps clear certain drugs from your body. If that happened, levels of one of these ingredients could creep up a bit, which in theory might lead to slightly lower blood pressure or heart rate than expected. Realistically that could show up as dizziness, lightheadedness, tiredness, or feeling faint when you stand up.

The important thing to know is that this is only a test-tube finding, never confirmed in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding devil's claw, especially since they can keep an eye on your blood pressure.
