Perindopril Arginine, Amlodipine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP3A4, although this has not been reported in humans.

Prestalia is a combo pill: perindopril (an ACE inhibitor) plus amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker). The amlodipine half is broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In test tube studies, devil's claw seems to slow that enzyme down a bit. If that held true in people, amlodipine could build up slightly and push its effects a little further, meaning more chance of low blood pressure, dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand up, flushing, headache, or some ankle swelling.

Here's the honest part: this is only lab evidence and has not been seen in real patients, so it's theoretical. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since both these drugs already affect your blood pressure, it's worth mentioning to your pharmacist or doctor before adding devil's claw.
