Ripretinib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Devil's Claw interacts with.

Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that devil's claw might inhibit CYP3A4, although this has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Ripretinib (Qinlock): your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to help break it down and clear it. Lab studies hint that devil's claw might slow that same enzyme down. If that happened in a real person, ripretinib could build up a bit higher than expected, which in theory could mean more of its usual side effects, like fatigue, hair loss, muscle and joint aches, high blood pressure, or hand-and-foot skin reactions.

I want to be honest about how shaky this is. This concern comes only from test-tube work, and it has never actually been seen in humans. Still, because ripretinib is a serious cancer medicine, please don't add devil's claw without first checking with your oncologist or pharmacist.
