Theoretically, devil's claw might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.

Here's the short version: your body uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to help break down loratadine. In lab dish studies, devil's claw appeared to slow that enzyme down a bit. If that happened in real life, loratadine could clear a little slower and build up slightly, which might mean a touch more drowsiness, dry mouth, or headache than usual.

The important thing, though, is that this has only been seen in test tubes, never in actual people. Loratadine is also a pretty forgiving, well-tolerated allergy medicine, so a small bump in levels usually isn't a big deal. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but if you plan to take both regularly, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on how you feel.
