Aspirin, Caffeine brand name: Anacin.

These two interact in 2 distinct ways. Each one is explained separately below.
Why Are There 2 Interactions?
Indole-3-carbinol interacts with whole categories of medication. Aspirin, Caffeine falls into 2 of those categories, so it can interact with Indole-3-carbinol in 2 different ways. We’ve listed each one below — your overall risk is driven by the most serious of them (Moderate).
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
1 of 2Why this applies to Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Indole-3-carbinol interacts with.
Animal research shows that indole-3-carbinol induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The caffeine part of Anacin is the piece to focus on here. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP1A2 to clear caffeine, and indole-3-carbinol may speed that enzyme up. If that happens, your body could break down caffeine a little faster, so you might notice less of its usual kick (the alertness and mild headache relief). The aspirin part is not really cleared this way, so its pain and anti-clotting effects shouldn't change much.
Here's my honest take: this concern comes only from lab and animal studies, not real people, so it's theoretical and likely minor. Everyday broccoli and cabbage almost certainly won't matter; concentrated supplements are the bigger question. If you take I3C regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.

ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
2 of 2Aspirin, Caffeine also falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS.
In vitro research shows that indole-3-carbinol inhibits platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: the aspirin in your Anacin already thins your blood a bit by making platelets less sticky. Indole-3-carbinol may do something similar, at least in lab dish studies, where it slowed platelets from clumping together. Put the two side by side and, in theory, you could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. That might show up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop.
I want to be honest, though: this is test-tube evidence only, not proof from real people, so it's far from certain. The caffeine part isn't really involved here. Eating broccoli or cabbage at dinner is no concern. Concentrated I3C capsules are the question mark. Before adding one, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Caffeine page
“Anacin combines aspirin with caffeine, so supplements can hit it from two directions, and a few of the 347 on this list deserve real respect. The biggest group, over 200 ingredients, can raise bleeding risk on top of aspirin's blood-thinning effect; beer and wine carry major ratings because alcohol plus an aspirin-type drug makes stoma…”
