Osilodrostat Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Jequirity interacts with.

In vitro research shows that jequirity extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Theoretically, taking jequirity may inhibit the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.

First things first: jequirity seeds are genuinely poisonous and should never be taken as a supplement or remedy, full stop. That risk dwarfs any interaction concern here. But to answer the question you actually asked, your body uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to help clear Isturisa (osilodrostat). Lab studies suggest jequirity can slow that enzyme down, which in theory could let osilodrostat build up a bit and lead to stronger effects like low cortisol symptoms (tiredness, nausea, dizziness, low blood pressure) or QT changes on the heart.

That said, this is only test-tube data, rated minor and unlikely, so it's a theoretical worry, not a proven one. Please don't use jequirity at all, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding anything new.
