Amlodipine, Celecoxib falls under CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS — the group Magnesium interacts with.

Magnesium can have additive effects with calcium channel blockers, although evidence is conflicting.
Magnesium inhibits calcium entry into smooth muscle cells and may therefore have additive effects with calcium channel blockers. Severe hypotension and neuromuscular blockades may occur when nifedipine is used with intravenous magnesium, although some contradictory evidence suggests that concurrent use of magnesium with nifedipine does not increase the risk of neuromuscular weakness. High doses of magnesium could theoretically have additive effects with other calcium channel blockers.

Consensi combines amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure) with celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory for pain). The interaction we're flagging is between magnesium and the amlodipine piece. Magnesium works a bit like a natural calcium channel blocker, so in theory it could add to amlodipine's blood-pressure-lowering effect. If that happens, you might notice more dizziness, lightheadedness, fatigue, or ankle swelling.

Here's the honest part: this is mostly theoretical, based on how these work rather than strong human studies, and the evidence is mixed. The bigger concern was with intravenous magnesium in hospitals, not the everyday oral supplement. Normal magnesium doses are unlikely to cause trouble, but check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting one, especially if you have kidney issues.
