Ketamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Milk Thistle interacts with.

Theoretically, milk thistle might inhibit CYP2B6.
An in vitro study shows that silybin, a constituent of milk thistle, binds to and noncompetitively inhibits CYP2B6. Additionally, silybin might downregulate the expression of CYP2B6 by decreasing mRNA and protein levels.

Here's the short version: your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP2B6 to break down ketamine. In test-tube studies, a milk thistle compound (silybin) seemed to slow that enzyme down. If that holds true in people, ketamine could hang around longer and feel stronger, which might mean more drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, a dream-like or 'out of it' feeling, or higher blood pressure.

I want to be honest, though: this is only lab and theory data, not something proven in real patients, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Ketamine is also usually given in a monitored medical setting. Still, mention that you take milk thistle to your doctor or pharmacist beforehand so they can keep an eye on things.
