Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Methocarbamol falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Tianeptine interacts with.

Tianeptine has sedative effects; high doses may have additive effects with other CNS depressants.
Higher doses of tianeptine have opioid like effects and may have additive effects with other sedative drugs. In one case report, a 42-year-old male presented with respiratory depression and aspiration pneumonia due to concomitant use of high-dose tianeptine and alprazolam.

This combination product (Robaxisal C) contains codeine, an opioid pain reliever, plus methocarbamol, a muscle relaxant. Both of these can make you drowsy and slow your breathing on their own. Tianeptine, especially at the higher doses found in many over-the-counter 'gas station' products, can act a lot like an opioid too. Stacking these together can pile on the sedation.

The real worry here is additive effects: heavy drowsiness, confusion, very slow or shallow breathing, and in serious cases the kind of respiratory depression seen in a reported case with tianeptine and a sedative. This concern is based on how these drugs work rather than large studies, but it's a sensible caution. Please don't combine them without talking to your doctor or pharmacist first.

Chronic use of aspirin might increase the levels and clinical effects of tianeptine.
Aspirin is converted to salicylic acid in the body. In vitro research shows that salicylic acid binds to the same protein sites as tianeptine, displacing protein-bound tianeptine and leading to higher levels of tianeptine in the blood.

Here's the situation with Robaxisal C, which combines aspirin, codeine, and the muscle relaxant methocarbamol. The piece that matters here is the aspirin. Once aspirin is in your body, it turns into salicylic acid, and lab studies suggest that salicylic acid can bump tianeptine off the blood proteins it normally clings to. The result could be more free, active tianeptine floating around, which means stronger and possibly riskier effects from the tianeptine.

I'll be honest, this evidence is only test-tube level, so it's more of a caution than a sure thing. But tianeptine is risky on its own, especially at the high doses sold in gas station products, and codeine is also an opioid. Stacking two opioid-acting substances raises the danger of heavy sedation, slowed breathing, and overdose. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining these.
