Chronic use of aspirin might increase the levels and clinical effects of tianeptine.
Aspirin is converted to salicylic acid in the body. In vitro research shows that salicylic acid binds to the same protein sites as tianeptine, displacing protein-bound tianeptine and leading to higher levels of tianeptine in the blood.

First, a real concern about tianeptine itself: it isn't FDA approved here, and the versions sold in gas stations or supplement shops can act like opioids and lead to addiction and dangerous overdose. I'd urge you to talk with a doctor before using it at all.

As for the interaction, your Robaxisal contains aspirin, which the body turns into salicylic acid. In lab studies, salicylic acid can bump tianeptine off the blood proteins it normally clings to, leaving more free tianeptine floating around. That could mean stronger tianeptine effects, like drowsiness or, at high doses, opioid-type breathing and sedation risks. This is only test-tube evidence, so it's theoretical, but please run it by your pharmacist before combining them.
