Bellafoline, Phenobarbital falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Tianeptine interacts with.

Tianeptine has sedative effects; high doses may have additive effects with other CNS depressants.
Higher doses of tianeptine have opioid like effects and may have additive effects with other sedative drugs. In one case report, a 42-year-old male presented with respiratory depression and aspiration pneumonia due to concomitant use of high-dose tianeptine and alprazolam.

Belladenal contains phenobarbital, a barbiturate that calms the nervous system. It already makes many people drowsy, slow, and foggy. Tianeptine, especially at the high doses found in 'gas station' products, can act like an opioid and add its own sedation on top of that. Stacking two things that slow the brain and breathing is the real concern here.

The worry is additive, meaning the two together can push you further than either alone: heavy drowsiness, confusion, slowed or shallow breathing, and in serious cases dangerous respiratory depression. This is based on pharmacology and one case report, so it is more theoretical than proven, but the direction is clear. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these, and steer clear of unregulated tianeptine products.
